  • • As the inaugural Field SDR, you will be instrumental in shaping how Blinq engages with potential clients and partners in person. You will own the entire event lifecycle, from meticulous planning and targeted outreach to dynamic on-site engagement and diligent post-event follow-up. Your mission is to ensure that every interaction at an event translates into tangible business opportunities, solidifying Blinq's reputation as a leader in professional networking solutions.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the critical phases of event-based lead generation. This includes comprehensive event ownership, where you will meticulously plan and execute every facet of Blinq's presence. This means managing logistics, ensuring a seamless and on-brand attendee experience, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize impact. You will be responsible for pre-event targeting, conducting in-depth research to identify and engage high-potential prospects before the event even begins. This proactive approach ensures you arrive at events with a curated list of valuable connections to pursue.
  • • During events, your primary focus will be in-person lead generation. You will actively prospect, engage attendees, qualify leads on the spot, and deliver compelling pitches to capture interest. Your ability to read the room, adapt your approach, and move conversations forward in a live, unscripted environment will be crucial. The goal is to transform initial hellos into qualified pipeline opportunities, setting the stage for future sales engagement.
  • • Post-event, your role continues as you drive the crucial follow-up process. This involves nurturing newly acquired leads, scheduling subsequent meetings, and meticulously reporting on your performance. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our event strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and maximizing the ROI of our event participation. You will also collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and overall strategy, creating a cohesive and powerful brand experience.
