  • • Delinea is at the forefront of securing human and machine identities, empowering organizations globally to manage their interactions across the modern enterprise with intelligent, centralized authorization. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team, operating remotely from a Home Office within the UAE. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving our sales success by providing expert technical guidance, strategic insights, and compelling demonstrations of Delinea’s cutting-edge Identity Security Platform.
  • • As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the technical champion for our solutions, working closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and architecting solutions that address complex security challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain a gold standard for demo approaches, ensuring they vividly illustrate the company’s vision for Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions and resonate with both technical and business stakeholders. This involves crafting narratives that clearly articulate the value proposition and differentiation of Delinea’s offerings in a crowded market.
  • • You will be a key player in delivering world-class Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements. These engagements are critical for solidifying customer confidence in Delinea's capabilities, demonstrating tangible business outcomes, and accelerating the sales cycle. Success in this area requires a deep understanding of customer environments, the ability to configure and showcase product features effectively, and the skill to translate technical capabilities into business benefits.
  • • Beyond direct customer engagements, you will actively contribute to pipeline development by devising new and innovative concepts and programs tailored for our target customer base. This includes leveraging your expertise in public speaking, contributing to industry commentary, and utilizing social media platforms to build brand awareness, generate interest, and drive qualified leads. Your thought leadership will be crucial in positioning Delinea as a leader in the identity security space.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves articulating the Delinea vision and strategy with clarity and conviction to prospects, customers, and partners. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language, demonstrating how our platform solves critical security and operational challenges. This requires a strategic mindset, constantly seeking out and developing selling techniques and strategies that create a competitive advantage for Delinea.
  • • You will play a vital role in identifying emerging industry trends that represent significant growth opportunities for Delinea. By staying abreast of the evolving threat landscape and market dynamics, you will provide valuable feedback to our Product Management team, relaying feature requests and suggestions based on market, customer, and prospect insights. This feedback loop is essential for ensuring our product roadmap remains aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for addressing and overcoming technical blockers that impede the closing of sales opportunities. This may involve deep-dive technical troubleshooting, providing alternative solutions, or collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex issues. Your ability to navigate technical hurdles with confidence and provide timely resolutions will be critical to deal success.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in building strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders, earning their trust and being viewed as a trusted advisor. You should be adept at mixing business and technical metrics to support the creation of compelling business cases for clients, showcasing the ROI and strategic value of Delinea’s solutions.
  • • High proficiency in cloud-computing technologies, containers, and a confident ability to add value to customer discussions regarding these areas are essential. A solid working experience with MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and a strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux are required. Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, Certificate, PKI, and Kerberos is also crucial.
  • • The ability to communicate credibly with both technical and business stakeholders is a critical skill. You must be able to articulate a clear perspective on the convergence of PAM, IAM, IGA, CIEM, DREAM, and other facets of overall Identity and Access Management. Experience with or knowledge of leading competitors and adjacent solution providers in the Identity and Privilege Access Management space, such as CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Sailpoint, Saviynt, Forgerock, OneIdentity, Okta, or Ping, is highly desirable.
  • • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, with French being a significant advantage. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading cybersecurity company, work with a passionate global team, and make a tangible impact on securing digital identities worldwide. Join us in pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo in security.
