  • • Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of Revvity’s Life Science and Diagnostics instrumentation, including In-Vivo imaging devices, radiometric detection systems, and liquid handling products.
  • • Provide first-line, hands-on user training to customers on Life Science and Diagnostics systems during service visits.
  • • Carry out scheduled monthly routine maintenance tasks on assigned instruments in accordance with service protocols.
  • • Ensure all service documentation, Service Data Bulletins, and technical manuals are current and correctly referenced before performing any service activity.
  • • Maintain personal working practices that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and align with company culture.
  • • Manage assigned service spares inventory with precision, accurately tracking usage and promptly reporting any anomalies or discrepancies.
  • • Ensure all tools and test equipment are properly calibrated, maintained, and fit for purpose before each service engagement.
  • • Complete all Work Orders and associated documentation within 24 hours of service completion, including E-Learning modules, expense claims, and vehicle-related forms.
  • • Travel extensively across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics as required, typically spending 2–3 nights per week away from home.
  • • Serve as the primary technical representative of Revvity at customer sites, acting as the face of the company and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • • Collaborate with Customer Care and Service Team Leaders to prioritize and execute field service assignments efficiently.
  • • Uphold and contribute to team and personal KPIs through disciplined adherence to service standards and documentation protocols.
  • • Maintain a professional demeanor when communicating technical information, service updates, and troubleshooting guidance to customers at all levels.
  • • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, compliance, and ethical conduct during field service operations.
  • • Support the expansion of service capabilities to include new product lines within Revvity’s broader Life Science portfolio as training becomes available.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Full UK/EU driving license
  • • Ability to travel 2–3 nights per week across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics
  • • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably involving Life Science or Diagnostic instrument applications
  • • Strong customer service ethic and professional communication skills
  • • Relevant education or equivalent experience in a scientific or engineering discipline (full training provided)
