- • Provide field service support for Agilent's customers in East Japan, covering a wide range of activities including installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
- • Install and optimize hardware, software, and networking products and configurations at customer sites.
- • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
- • Perform maintenance and repair services.
- • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
- • Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
- • Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.
- • Serve as an internal resource on technical issues and manage product escalations.
- • Collaborate with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to provide solutions to customers.
- • May have knowledge of third-party products.
- • May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers.
- • May train other field engineers or customers.
- • May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers.
- • May qualify leads.
- • Must consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites.
- • Requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, customer health and safety requirements, etc.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- • Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
- • Generally, requires minimal to no prior relevant work experience.
- • Ordinary driver's license.
- • Experience in engineering or user roles for GC, LC, or other analytical equipment.
- • TOEIC 500 or equivalent in English.
