📋 Description

• The Finance AI Enablement Lead drives the identification, evaluation, and adoption of artificial intelligence tools across the Finance organization, translating business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions while ensuring responsible, scalable adoption through structured experimentation, implementation, training, and support—directly contributing to measurable improvements in efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making for CSAA Insurance Group’s mission to empower members, employees, and communities.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying high-impact AI opportunities in forecasting, reporting, analysis, close processes, controls, and decision support; conducting business process analysis and user research to inform AI use cases; developing hypotheses and pilot plans to validate AI solutions; evaluating and recommending AI tools aligned with enterprise architecture and risk standards; leading pilot implementations and supporting transition to scaled adoption; partnering with IT, Data, Security, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure compliant AI usage; designing and delivering training and best-practice guidance for Finance users; acting as the primary AI champion and subject-matter resource; providing ongoing support and continuous improvement for AI tools; tracking adoption and outcomes to assess effectiveness; preparing executive-ready insights and recommendations for Finance leadership; and contributing to portfolio-level prioritization discussions on Finance transformation and AI initiatives.

• In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in AI enablement within regulated financial environments, gain experience leading cross-functional technology adoption in a Fortune 500-inspired organization, strengthen change-management and stakeholder-influence skills without direct authority, and position themselves as a strategic advisor at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation—opening pathways to senior leadership roles in finance transformation, AI strategy, or enterprise innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in Finance, Finance transformation, AI technology enablement, innovation, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting business-facing technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and workflows (e.g., FP&A, Accounting, Investments, Tax, Finance Operations).
• Ability to identify AI-enabled opportunities and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience using and deploying AI for structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and learning-based iteration.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess impact, value, and risk.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfort working in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.
• Strong facilitation and change-management skills to drive adoption.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset related to emerging AI technologies.
