- • Join AppSamurai, a dynamic international technology scale-up at the forefront of adtech and martech, powering leading mobile games and apps globally. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Audit Manager to join our growing team in Istanbul, Türkiye.
- • This pivotal role reports directly to the Director of Finance and will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing our financial operations across our international presence, which spans the US, UK, and Türkiye. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, HR, operations, and sales, to drive financial excellence and maximize the value AppSamurai delivers.
- • As a hybrid role based in Istanbul, you will serve as a trusted expert, specializing in legal and finance operations with an unwavering commitment to top-level attention to detail. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of our multinational financial structure and contributing to our continued rapid global expansion.

- • Key responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and developing and implementing robust internal controls.
- • You will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing the general ledger.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves supporting external audits, liaising with auditors, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- • You will play a key role in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a strong plus.
- • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a significant portion in multinational environments.
- • Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes.
- • Strong understanding of IFRS or US GAAP, with experience in applying these standards in a corporate setting.
- • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- • Fluency in English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
- • Experience in the technology, adtech, or martech industries is highly desirable.
- • Multinational audit experience is a significant advantage.
- • International finance and accounting experience is a big plus.
