• • As a Finance and Operations Manager at Dyson Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and strategic growth of the U.S. Direct sales business, ensuring alignment with Dyson’s core growth pillars through rigorous financial analysis, modeling, and cross-functional partnership. Your work will directly influence executive decision-making by uncovering margin and growth opportunities, optimizing financial performance, and supporting long-term strategic initiatives in both Direct and B2B channels.
• • Day to day, you will lead financial planning and analysis for the U.S. Direct business, including building and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning; conducting monthly variance analysis against budgets and forecasts to identify performance trends and risks; preparing and presenting executive-level financial reports and dashboards that highlight KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations; developing business cases for efficiency and growth projects, particularly in refurbished products and white space opportunities; and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate investment initiatives and ensure financial accountability.
• • You will be part of Dyson’s U.S. finance team, working closely with commercial leaders, senior channel managers, and finance partners across the organization to ensure financial rigor and strategic alignment.
