- • Serve as a Finance Application Specialist supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) within Farfetch’s global finance technology ecosystem.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business units to implement, configure, and optimize D365FO modules aligned with Farfetch’s strategic finance objectives.
- • Integrate D365FO with Farfetch’s proprietary e-commerce platform and third-party systems to ensure seamless financial data flow and operational accuracy.
- • Participate in end-to-end project lifecycles including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support for finance applications.
- • Analyze financial business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose technology-driven improvements within D365FO.
- • Work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure system configurations meet compliance and reporting standards.
- • Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals for D365FO functionalities.
- • Support ongoing system maintenance, bug resolution, and enhancement requests related to financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
- • Ensure data integrity and system reliability by conducting regular audits, validations, and reconciliation checks across financial applications.
- • Act as a key liaison between finance teams, IT, and external vendors to coordinate system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts.
- • Stay current with D365FO updates, industry best practices, and emerging financial technology trends to recommend innovations that enhance Farfetch’s finance operations.
- • Provide tier-2 support for finance application issues, resolving complex system errors and escalating critical issues when necessary.
- • Contribute to the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) for new finance features and system enhancements.
- • Ensure all financial applications comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and global regulatory standards applicable to Farfetch’s operations in over 190 countries.
- • Support global finance initiatives by adapting D365FO configurations to meet regional accounting practices and currency requirements.

- • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO)
- • Strong understanding of financial business processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
- • Experience integrating D365FO with external platforms or e-commerce systems
