  • • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs for UK & Ireland portfolio businesses, including management P&L, financial KPIs, and key operating metrics.
  • • Prepare Quarterly Update Review (QUR) packs for presentation to Everfield’s CEO, CFO, and COO.
  • • Plan, align, and deliver final annual budgets for each business unit, incorporating long-term strategic expectations and initiatives.
  • • Manage rolling forecasts for all portfolio businesses across the full financial year, integrating modeled strategic initiatives.
  • • Collaborate with the M&A team to review financial modeling assumptions for potential acquisitions.
  • • Partner with the Strategic Business Partner (SBP) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage day-to-day relationships with portfolio businesses in the UK & Ireland region.
  • • Lead integration activities for newly acquired businesses, including assessing system and data requirements and designing reporting solutions alongside the Integration Director and Head of BI.
  • • Support weekly sales pipeline reporting and reviews to ensure accurate financial visibility.
  • • Oversee and manage a team including a Regional Financial Controller, providing day-to-day guidance and performance oversight.
  • • Shape and improve financial and operating data sets and systems across the group, including supporting ERP setup, integrations, and management reporting.
  • • Drive analytics and dashboarding requirements to enhance financial visibility and decision-making across portfolio companies.
  • • Act as a key financial advisor to business unit leaders, holding them accountable for performance against defined financial KPIs and operating metrics.
  • • Contribute to the broader Everfield strategy by enabling profitable top-line growth through financial insight and operational support.
  • • Communicate financial performance and strategic implications to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • • Ensure alignment between financial planning, operational execution, and strategic goals across diverse, rapidly evolving software businesses.
  • • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple businesses at varying stages of maturity, adapting communication and analysis approaches accordingly.
  • • Travel occasionally as required to support portfolio companies, integration activities, or team engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Controlling / FP&A / Finance Business Partner role
  • • Completed university education supplemented with a professional finance qualification (CA/ACA/CIMA)
  • • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across distinct businesses in varying stages of maturity
  • • Fluent in English with strong communication skills in an international, multi-language setting
  • • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international or complex financial environment
  • • Background working in fast-growing Technology and/or SaaS companies (ideally)
