• • Your primary responsibilities will encompass a dual focus on Financing & Funding Support and Accounts Receivable & Collections Support, underpinned by robust Administrative & Reporting functions. In the realm of Financing & Funding Support, you will be tasked with the meticulous submission of financing documents through various lender portals, diligently monitoring the status of each funding request. A significant part of your role will involve proactive follow-up with lenders to address any missing documentation or to fulfill additional stipulations, ensuring that the financing process moves forward without unnecessary delays. You will act as a key liaison, communicating effectively with internal teams to gather necessary paperwork, facilitate corrections, and ensure all requirements are met. Furthermore, you will maintain a comprehensive tracking system for both funded and pending agreements, guaranteeing their timely processing and resolution, thereby contributing directly to the company's financial health.
• • In parallel, your Accounts Receivable & Collections Support duties will be vital for agreements that do not proceed through the standard funding channels. You will assist with a range of accounts receivable tasks, focusing on those agreements that require special attention. This includes professionally contacting customers regarding outstanding balances, particularly when financing has been declined or has expired, to secure payments and mitigate potential revenue loss. You will actively support payment collection efforts, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, reflecting the company's commitment to excellent customer service.
