- • Lead financial strategy and oversight for Strada’s Global Payroll business at both corporate and divisional levels, ensuring alignment with client contractual deliverables and business objectives.
- • Generate and manage the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts, integrating data from business segments and client performance metrics to drive accurate financial planning.
- • Collaborate directly with segment leadership to design and execute initiatives aimed at achieving annual financial targets and improving operational efficiency.
- • Drive customer profitability improvement plans by analyzing cost structures, revenue streams, and service delivery models to identify optimization opportunities.
- • Conduct monthly financial reviews and analyses to forecast FTE-related costs and adjust projections based on real-time business dynamics.
- • Serve as a key member of the governance committee, participating in client and vendor meetings to oversee all financial aspects of agreements and partnerships.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to the segment leadership team, providing financial input on HR, resource allocation, business delivery, customer service, IT, and payroll operations.
- • Identify, propose, and implement continuous process improvements across finance and operational workflows to enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- • Support senior leadership in critical business decisions through ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling of new client service offerings, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance.
- • Ensure full compliance with GAAP, internal financial policies, and DOA standards across all reporting and operational activities.
- • Uphold Strada’s core values by anticipating customer needs, owning outcomes, challenging processes to work smarter, empowering teams to solve problems, and caring deeply about the impact of financial decisions on global workforces.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leadership role in a global, technology-driven organization
- • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis for payroll or HR technology services
- • Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with C-suite and segment leadership
- • Proficiency in cloud-based financial systems and data analytics tools
