- • As Finance Director for the Wealth & Annuity Segment, you will serve as the Strategic Financial Business Partner to the Wealth Segment Leader, driving financial rigor and strategic planning for TruStage’s multi-billion-dollar Wealth Segment, which includes Annuity, Pension Risk Transfer, and Retirement Products.
- • Day to day, you will participate in strategic and tactical planning with leadership, provide financial perspective on product development, M&A, and transformational initiatives, lead cross-functional finance projects, build and mentor finance teams, develop financial models and reports, and facilitate business management processes by analyzing performance variances and recommending corrective actions.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial leadership within the insurance and wealth management sector, strengthen your ability to influence executive decision-making, and advance your career by shaping financial strategy for a high-impact business segment while developing talent and driving organizational performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Discipline; Master’s in Business Administration or related field preferred
- • Professional designation such as CPA, CMA, CLU, ChFC, CCUE, or FSA
- • 12+ years of financial management experience in the financial services industry with managerial responsibility, including experience in sales and revenue models, product pricing, profitability, and performance measures
- • 4-5 years of experience leading teams or providing direction to resources
- • 3-5 years of experience in executive consultation and influencing business decisions
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership, influence, persuasion, presentation, and group facilitation abilities

- • Competitive base salary range of $128,500.00 to $239,000.00
