- • As a Finance Expert - Real Estate Investment at xAI Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s AI capabilities by providing high-quality, domain-specific data annotations that directly train and refine models for real estate financial analysis. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex investment workflows and cutting-edge AI development, ensuring that xAI’s systems can accurately interpret and simulate real-world real estate decision-making processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing proprietary software to label and annotate real estate investment data across acquisition underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, financing strategies, asset management, leasing analysis, and budgeting scenarios; collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to refine annotation tools and workflows; interpreting evolving project instructions with precision and adaptability; selecting and analyzing complex, high-impact real estate problems aligned with your expertise to improve model performance; and contributing to the design of intuitive, efficient annotation interfaces tailored to financial data use cases.

🎯 Requirements
- • Professional experience in real estate investment with a focus on equity, debt, acquisitions, or asset management (rather than pure brokerage or property management)
- • Proficiency in reading and writing professional English, with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- • Ability to exercise autonomous judgment with limited data and demonstrate excellent reading comprehension
