📋 Description

• Finance Intern role supporting Commvault’s Finance team with worldwide sales order bookings, purchase order review for revenue recognition, and AR collections—critical functions that ensure accurate financial reporting and cash flow.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting customers via phone to query payments and reconcile accounts, sending invoices for timely payment, collaborating with sales reps and cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, and supporting the AR Collections Team (80%) and Revenue Team (20%) in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Commvault is a NASDAQ-listed leader in cyber resilience, empowering over 100,000 organizations globally with AI-powered data protection, security, intelligence, and recovery solutions—offering interns exposure to a high-impact, innovative technology environment.
• Interns will gain hands-on experience in revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and financial operations while developing professional skills in communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration—building a strong foundation for a career in finance or accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 20 hours/week availability during summer, with continuation into the school year
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible hours during month-end and quarter-end periods to meet deadlines
