- • Finance & Investment AI Rater/Evaluator role supports high-quality AI evaluation across training, benchmarking, red-teaming, and ongoing model monitoring by applying expert judgment to multilingual AI systems in finance and investment domains.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs for factual accuracy, numerical correctness, relevance, and risk; performing structured scoring, comparison, classification, and judgment tasks; identifying hallucinations, misleading financial guidance, unsupported claims, or regulatory concerns; and applying domain-specific financial guidelines consistently.
- • LILT is building a global network of domain experts to ensure AI systems handle financial content responsibly, meet enterprise and regulatory expectations, and are safer, more accurate, and trustworthy across languages; the company serves Enterprises, Governments, and AI Developers worldwide with multilingual AI and human-verified services.
- • This role offers the opportunity to directly influence multilingual AI model quality, safety, and deployment readiness; gain experience in AI evaluation workflows; contribute to red-teaming and financial risk analysis; and build expertise in shaping evaluation standards for enterprise-grade AI systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Finance professionals, investment analysts, economists, accountants, auditors, or financial researchers with experience interpreting financial statements, investment materials, market data, or economic analysis.
- • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured evaluation criteria and rubrics.
- • Native or professional fluency in one or more supported languages (30+ global languages) and English fluency for guidelines, feedback, and collaboration.
- • Ability to explain reasoning clearly, especially in ambiguous or high-risk cases involving financial nuance or tradeoffs.
