- • As Finance Lead at PostHog Inc., you will report directly to the co-CEO and own critical financial functions including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audits, and financial storytelling to drive business decisions across product, engineering, sales, and operations teams.
- • Day to day, you will own financial planning and analysis, ensure accurate revenue recognition across all products, manage payroll and indirect tax compliance, partner with GTM teams to align financial planning with customer delivery, and report financial metrics to the board and investors.
- • PostHog is a profitable, remote-first, product-led company shipping an operating system for software builders, backed by $180M in funding and serving over 100,000 companies with a suite of tools including product analytics, CDP, data warehouse, and AI-powered insights.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape PostHog’s financial infrastructure from the ground up, write the playbook for finance operations, and enable scalable growth by turning financial data into strategic action for a high-impact, ambitious team.
