• As a Finance Manager, you will serve as a key strategic business partner, working directly alongside our revenue leaders and the broader finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality financial planning, comprehensive forecasting, and insightful performance analysis across all sales, revenue, and expense functions. A significant aspect of your role will involve owning the end-to-end process for sales incentive execution. This includes meticulously sourcing the necessary data, accurately calculating payouts, and ensuring that sellers receive precise and timely statements, thereby fostering motivation and performance.
• You will be tasked with building and implementing scalable, automated systems and tools designed to streamline critical financial processes such as forecasting, compensation management, and business analysis. This involves leveraging our existing financial systems and embracing cutting-edge AI-based tools to significantly enhance accuracy and operational efficiency. A core part of your contribution will be championing continuous process improvement across all financial workflows, models, and reporting systems. Your proactive approach will involve identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and amplify impact through strategic automation and optimization initiatives.
• Furthermore, you will deliver impactful decision support by conducting detailed profitability and performance analysis, segmented by salesperson and brand. This granular insight will be vital in steering strategic decisions and guiding investments towards the most promising areas. You will also be responsible for identifying key financial trends and deriving actionable operational insights, analyzing financial data to surface emerging patterns, potential operational risks, and opportunities for innovation in both financial planning and reporting. Your collaboration with the Senior Manager of Finance will be essential in evolving our P&L processes and scaling the financial infrastructure that underpins our revenue growth, ensuring LTK remains at the forefront of financial excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive financial, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and automation platforms is a plus.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements across finance functions.
• Experience supporting revenue, sales, go-to-market, or other commercially oriented business functions is strongly preferred.
