📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day transactional processes and team operations supporting the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business cycles.
• Lead and supervise a team responsible for accurate and contemporaneous entry of financial transactions across regional and shared service center (SSC) operations.
• Provide direct guidance and hands-on support to regional support teams, including preparing and posting transactions during peak periods or staff absences.
• Implement and enforce financial control procedures to safeguard company assets and enhance operational performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of financial results to the Senior Finance Manager, local management, and global group stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with internal policies and external financial reporting standards.
• Monitor transactional workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase accuracy and reduce processing time.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation and ensuring all financial records are complete and traceable.
• Participate in regional financial planning activities, providing insights based on transactional data and operational trends.
• Act as a key point of contact for accounting-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners in the region.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements applicable to global operations.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of financial processes in alignment with Coates Group’s mission of innovation and operational excellence.
• Uphold the company’s values of curiosity, authenticity, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all financial operations.
• Support the global footprint of Coates Group by ensuring financial controls and reporting standards are consistently applied across 50+ markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing transactional accounting processes for Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting or finance teams in a global or multi-region environment
• Strong understanding of financial controls and asset protection procedures
• Experience preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and group stakeholders
