- • Finance Manager, Business Operations role at Impulse Dynamics, Inc. focused on building and scaling financial operations and reporting infrastructure at the intersection of accounting, operations, and FP&A to support data accuracy, process improvement, and decision-making during rapid growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and improving the order-to-cash process (inventory management, sales, collection), ensuring data accuracy in internal systems, partnering with operations and logistics on inventory tracking, supporting monthly close with an external accounting firm (AP, AR, expense reimbursements), accelerating the close process, analyzing monthly financials and variances, reviewing revenue, COGS, OPEX, AR, AP, and inventory, supporting budget planning through business partnership, and performing ad hoc financial analysis.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- • 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function
- • Experience with inventory accounting processes
- • Excellent Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
- • Experience presenting to executive management
- • Comfortable working across accounting, operations, and FP&A
- • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment
- • High ownership mindset; able to operate independently in an evolving environment
- • Proven experience collaborating across disciplines and functions
- • A bold, experimental mindset that embraces risk and thinks beyond current limitations
