  • • As a Finance Manager supporting Ironclad's Customer Outcomes organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational efficiency of a rapidly scaling, high-growth SaaS company. This position is integral to guiding investment decisions, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring long-term customer value, retention, and expansion. You will act as a key financial partner to leaders across Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales Engineering, and Technical Services, providing critical insights that drive business performance and support Ironclad's ambitious growth trajectory.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the Customer Outcomes function. This includes owning the financial planning and forecasting processes, meticulously managing headcount planning, operating expenses, and conducting thorough budget-to-actuals performance analyses. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining accurate financial models that underpin strategic decision-making.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves owning the financial analysis and reporting for the Professional Services P&L. This entails forecasting services bookings, revenue, utilization rates, and delivery capacity, ensuring that the Professional Services team operates efficiently and profitably. You will lead monthly forecast updates and contribute significantly to the annual and long-range planning cycles for all Customer Outcomes functions, aligning financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Corporate Finance team, contributing to company-wide forecasting and reporting efforts, specifically as they relate to investments within the Customer Outcomes organization. This cross-functional partnership ensures alignment and accurate representation of the Customer Outcomes' financial impact on the broader company.
  • • Acting as a trusted finance partner, you will build strong relationships with leadership across Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales Engineering, and Technical Services. Your insights will be crucial in guiding their strategic initiatives, supporting complex sales motions, and enabling the next phase of Ironclad's growth.
  • • You will leverage data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that inform resource allocation, investment prioritization, and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. This involves analyzing key performance indicators and translating financial data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • • Collaboration extends to cross-functional partners in Operations, Analytics, and People teams. You will work together on critical initiatives such as headcount planning and organizational scaling, ensuring that financial resources are aligned with human capital strategies and that the company can scale effectively.
  • • A key deliverable will be the development and maintenance of reporting and dashboards that offer clear visibility into the key operational and financial drivers across the entire Customer Outcomes organization. These tools will empower leaders with real-time insights into performance and trends.
  • • You will support in-depth analysis of customer lifecycle economics, examining crucial metrics such as adoption rates, customer retention, expansion revenue, and the overall cost-to-serve. This analysis is vital for understanding customer profitability and lifetime value.
  • • Building sophisticated financial models will be a core part of your role, used to evaluate new investment opportunities, optimize capacity planning, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across all post-sales teams. These models will be critical for strategic planning and business case development.
  • • As Ironclad continues its rapid scaling, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing planning processes, improve data governance, and optimize financial systems. Your input will be invaluable in ensuring our financial infrastructure can support future growth and complexity.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the financial direction of a leading AI contracting platform, directly impacting customer success and the company's overall financial health. You will be at the forefront of financial innovation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
