• • In this pivotal role, you will be the financial architect for our international business units, taking ownership of critical functions including day-to-day financial planning, strategic finance initiatives, comprehensive budgeting, key metrics development, systems management, robust decision support, and in-depth analysis. You will be instrumental in driving informed decision-making and ensuring the financial health and growth of our global presence.
• • You will forge deep and collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Marketing, Product, and other Strategic Finance members. These relationships will be essential for aligning financial strategies with business objectives and ensuring seamless execution.
• • A key responsibility will be to develop and refine pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new product launches, meticulously evaluating their financial feasibility and potential impact on revenue and profitability.
• • You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders within our international growth teams. This involves proactively developing and presenting current, insightful financial information, analyses, and strategic recommendations to equip them with a clear understanding of their short-term and long-term financial standing, enabling them to navigate complex business landscapes.
• • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scorecards that track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) directly tied to strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with our analytics team, you will help create and optimize Looker dashboards to monitor, report on, and visualize progress against these critical metrics.
• • Managing the revenue forecast and Lifetime Value (LTV) models for each geographic region will be a core duty. This requires a sophisticated understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and financial modeling to ensure accurate projections and strategic planning.
• • You will regularly construct complex financial models from the ground up using Excel or Google Sheets to address specific business challenges, answer intricate questions, and provide data-driven solutions.
• • Based on your analyses, you will recommend actionable strategies and initiatives designed to achieve ambitious growth, enhance customer retention, and drive the success of new product introductions across international markets.
• • A crucial aspect of your role will be to distill complex financial data into clear, concise, and compelling insights, effectively packaging them for presentation to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
