📋 Description

• • Lead the orchestration of sophisticated real-time and batch predictive analytic solutions, utilizing a robust technology stack including Azure Serverless, Databricks, and Boomi iPaaS (APIM Only), to drive business insights and strategic decision-making.
• • Embrace a hybrid role, dedicating approximately 70% of your time to essential management functions such as team leadership, ensuring delivery ownership, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and managing change and Change Management Request (CMR) processes. The remaining 30% will involve hands-on technical contributions, including solutioning, architectural design, and coding, to maintain a deep understanding of the technical landscape.
• • Take full ownership of the change management lifecycle, meticulously guiding every step from the initial request and development through to successful deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions.
• • Spearhead the development and deployment lifecycle for both real-time and batch analytics services, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability to meet evolving business demands.
• • Champion an API-first development strategy, actively promoting the exposure of orchestrated solutions to a wide range of internal and external consumers, thereby enhancing data accessibility and fostering innovation.
• • Leverage your expertise in Python, SQL, and Snowflake to thoroughly analyze underlying data and processes. Proactively identify opportunities for performance enhancements, recommend best practices, and diligently monitor and resolve technical debt to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
• • Actively promote and integrate AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot and agentic workflows, to significantly accelerate delivery timelines, improve code quality, and standardize development practices across the entire engineering organization.
• • Foster strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders, including engagement leads, project managers, and fellow developers, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.
• • Provide critical production support for all deployed components, addressing issues promptly and effectively for both internal and external consumers to minimize disruption and maintain operational excellence.
• • Manage the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) for code development and deployment, utilizing modern tools and platforms like VS Code, GitHub (Actions), and jFrog to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development best practices, actively promoting adherence to all Arch architecture and security standards to maintain a secure and robust technological environment.
• • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical workflows, implementation architectures, and associated processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability of solutions.
• • Drive the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge analytics solutions that directly impact business strategy and operational efficiency, contributing to Arch's mission of enabling possibility.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for robust and scalable API-based solutions.
