Our vision is to empower anyone, anywhere, to purchase goods and services using their preferred payment method. We achieve this by providing innovative solutions to partners like Ant Group, PayPal, and Stripe, helping them expand into new markets, connect with a broader customer base, and drive significant growth.
- • At PPRO, we pride ourselves on a vibrant and diverse global team, comprising over 50 nationalities and operating across more than 10 international locations. This rich tapestry of talent is united by a singular, powerful goal: to deliver unparalleled products and services to our partners and customers. While our external mission focuses on innovating global commerce, our internal culture is defined by our core values: #chooseaction, #beopen, #thinkcustomer, #gofurther, and #wintogether. These principles guide our daily operations and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
- • As a Customer Funds Reconciliation Analyst within the Financial Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate tracking and insightful analysis of our Customer Funds and Cost of Sales. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of financial operations within a fast-paced fintech environment.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously reconcile customer funds, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded, categorized, and balanced. This involves working closely with various internal teams, including Finance, Operations, and Partner Management, to resolve discrepancies and maintain the integrity of our financial data.
- • You will be instrumental in analyzing cost of sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This analysis will involve understanding the intricacies of payment processing fees, FX rates, and other associated costs.
- • A key aspect of this role is to proactively identify and investigate any variances or anomalies in customer funds and cost of sales data. You will develop and implement robust reconciliation processes to prevent future discrepancies and enhance overall financial accuracy.
- • You will be responsible for preparing regular financial reports and summaries for management, highlighting key findings, performance metrics, and potential risks or opportunities.
- • This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, suggesting and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for reconciliations and analyses, fostering strong working relationships across the organization.
- • Support the broader Financial Operations team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team objectives.
- • Gain exposure to international payment processing, understanding the complexities and nuances of cross-border transactions and their financial implications.
- • Develop a deep understanding of PPRO's product offerings and how they impact financial operations and reporting.
- • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial reporting and fund management.
- • This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of PPRO, directly impacting our ability to serve our partners reliably and scale our business effectively. Your work will provide the foundational financial clarity needed for strategic planning and operational excellence.
- • You will be a key player in safeguarding company assets by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records related to customer funds.
- • The insights you generate from cost of sales analysis will directly inform pricing strategies and partnership negotiations, contributing to PPRO's profitability and competitive positioning.
- • You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial technology and tools, enhancing your technical skillset in a rapidly evolving industry.
- • This position offers a fantastic entry point into the world of financial operations within a high-growth fintech company, providing a solid foundation for a successful career.
- • Embrace the PPRO values by actively contributing to a collaborative team environment, being open to new ideas, and always prioritizing the customer's needs in your work.
- • You will be empowered to take initiative and drive improvements within your area of responsibility, embodying the #chooseaction and #gofurther spirit.
