  • • You will serve as a subject matter expert, acting as a critical escalation point for complex and high-stakes workflows, including those related to safeguarding requirements for regulated entities. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve directly supporting the Reconciliation Manager, contributing to strategic initiatives, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, including Finance, Product, and Engineering, to execute robust reconciliation strategies while meticulously ensuring that daily operational responsibilities are met with the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass managing intricate reconciliation workflows on a global scale, ensuring that all crypto transactions and balances are accurately accounted for.   • • You will be tasked with analyzing current reconciliation operations to pinpoint areas of inefficiency and to propose concrete enhancements. This analytical approach will drive continuous improvement across the team.
