- • The Finance Systems Analyst at Chainalysis plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering the company’s Finance & Accounting systems architecture, directly enabling accurate financial operations and scalable growth through secure, intuitive technology experiences.
- • This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate complex financial processes into effective system solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and organizational goals while maintaining data integrity and user satisfaction.
- • Day to day, the analyst serves as the first line of support on the Finance Systems help desk, resolving routine inquiries and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
- • They develop and deliver enablement materials, lead monthly Lunch & Learn sessions, and provide ongoing training to empower users with new system enhancements and best practices.
- • The analyst collaborates with stakeholders and systems administrators to identify improvement opportunities, scope solutions, refine business requirements, conduct testing, and launch new modules or enhancements across the NetSuite-based tech stack.
- • They provide regular, clear updates to business partners on project priorities, timelines, and progress, fostering transparency and trust across finance, accounting, and operational teams.
- • Working alongside the Senior Finance Systems Administrator and Senior Manager of Finance Systems, the analyst helps define and implement system best practices that balance usability, scalability, and security.
- • They proactively identify automation opportunities and develop AI use cases to streamline financial workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash processes.
- • The role requires a deep understanding of core NetSuite modules including ARM, FAM, Multi-Book, Electronic Payments, and SuiteBilling, as well as experience with complementary tools like Adaptive Insights, Floqast, Avalara, Coupa, Navan, ADP, ActivPayroll, Papaya Global, Deel, Xactly, Salesforce, Workday, Jira, and Confluence.
- • Success in this position hinges on building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels — from executive leadership to individual contributors — grounded in a people-first mindset that prioritizes user experience and partnership.
- • The analyst gains exposure to enterprise-scale financial systems in a high-growth blockchain analytics company, developing expertise in ERP optimization, financial process automation, and cross-functional project leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as a technically proficient, NetSuite-focused Systems Analyst with demonstrated expertise across ERP, financial planning and forecasting, and procurement platforms and processes, or prior NetSuite consulting experience.
- • Experience working in a tech-forward project management environment with strong knowledge of the full lifecycle of systems enhancement work, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- • Basic understanding of low-code integration tools (iPaaS/ETL), such as Workato, and familiarity with core NetSuite modules including ARM, FAM, Multi-Book, Electronic Payments, and SuiteBilling.
- • Experience working across core finance process areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash, along with a foundational understanding of consolidated financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
- • Proven ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations through business requirements, charters, and roadmaps, and experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and systems.
- • Comfort and effectiveness working with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to individual contributors, supported by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
