📋 Description
- • The Finance Technology Strategy Intern role at Direct Travel, Inc. (operating as Voya Financial) supports the company’s mission to expand financial opportunity for individuals and communities by contributing to key finance and technology initiatives.
- • Day to day, the intern will assist with monthly/quarterly financial close reporting, chart of accounts mapping to a new ledger system, conversion testing, and account reconciliation system support, while taking on additional assigned duties as needed.
- • The Finance, Technology, and Process team operates in a fast-paced corporate environment focused on modernizing financial systems and improving operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
- • The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, system conversions, and data tools like Power BI and Tableau, while developing analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a purpose-driven culture that values inclusion and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Undergraduate student majoring in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- • Dependable, quick learner who works independently and collaboratively
- • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- • Detail-oriented and quality focused
- • Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
