Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own your future as a Financial Advisor with Corebridge Financial, where you’ll transform the retirement outlook for educators, healthcare heroes, public servants and other not-for-profit professionals across Tucson and Southern Arizona. Every appointment you schedule is an opportunity to turn uncertainty into confidence and dreams into detailed, actionable plans.
- • Build and manage a personal book of business by meeting with existing plan participants and cultivating warm referrals within school districts, hospitals, municipalities and universities. You’ll listen first, then craft holistic strategies that weave together 403(b)/457 plans, IRAs, life insurance, annuities and other vehicles to create a roadmap clients can actually follow.
- • Leverage our award-winning tech stack—CRM, financial-planning software, risk-analysis tools and a fully funded iPad/laptop package—to run efficient, paperless appointments anywhere: classrooms after the final bell, hospital break rooms, or a client’s kitchen table. A 24/7 helpdesk and on-demand compliance team ensure you spend time advising, not administrating.
- • Execute targeted marketing campaigns that we fund and design: direct-mail postcards, co-branded email blasts, social media ads and seminar kits that position you as the local retirement expert. Track ROI in real time and refine your outreach with guidance from our internal analytics team.
- • Collaborate weekly with a supportive District Vice President and a peer group of high-performing advisors to share best practices, case studies and joint-work opportunities. Monthly skill labs cover advanced topics like Roth conversion strategies, 403(b) rollover tactics and tax-efficient distribution planning.
- • Maintain exemplary compliance standards under SEC, FINRA and state insurance regulations. Corebridge pays for your E&O coverage, licensing renewals, continuing-education credits and annual compliance conferences so you can focus on client outcomes instead of red tape.
- • Enjoy true autonomy: set your own calendar, decide which school districts or medical centers to prioritize, and design a work-life rhythm that fits your family and lifestyle. Top advisors routinely structure four-day weeks while still exceeding production goals.
- • Measure success through meaningful metrics—client retention, plan participation increases, retirement-readiness scores and community impact—rather than just asset totals. We celebrate advisors who close gaps in financial literacy as fiercely as we celebrate those who close million-dollar cases.
- • Travel locally up to 25 % to attend benefit fairs, on-site enrollment meetings and regional training events. A mileage reimbursement program and flexible scheduling keep windshield time productive and profitable.
- • Represent Corebridge’s inclusive culture by embracing diverse perspectives and tailoring advice to the unique circumstances of Arizona’s multicultural workforce. Fluency in Spanish or other community languages is a powerful plus.
