- • As a Senior Project Manager at PTC Inc., you will lead consulting engagements that bridge the physical and digital worlds, helping global manufacturers in Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Industrial Products, Electronics, and Medical Devices adopt transformative PLM and ALM solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation.
- • You will partner with cross-functional teams including Architects, Consultants, R&D, Workforce Management, Technical Support, and Customer Success to define project scope, allocate resources, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless delivery of complex, high-impact software implementations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery; coordinating internal and external resources; communicating status to stakeholders; performing proactive risk identification and mitigation; developing and maintaining detailed project plans using Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies; and managing scope, schedule, and cost changes through formal change control processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing project management experience leading the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions within manufacturing industries such as Aerospace, Defense, High Tech, Electronics, or Medical Devices.
- • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and effectively report progress, risks, and outcomes to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, coupled with hands-on experience using project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) to plan, track, and manage project lifecycles.

- • Competitive total compensation package with an anticipated annual salary range of $100,000–$125,000, inclusive of base salary and on-target incentive compensation.
