- • Own the end-to-end roadmap and execution for the core research workflow, driving product strategy from ideation to launch.
- • Collaborate directly with Customer Success and end-users to deeply understand investment research workflows, identify pain points, and define what constitutes "great" user experience.
- • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize, scope, and ship high-impact features rapidly, with a goal of releasing one major new feature per week.
- • Lead QA and release readiness efforts including creating testing plans, triaging bugs, managing launch checklists, and defining iteration cycles for continuous improvement.
- • Maintain alignment across founders, engineering, design, and Customer Success through lightweight, high-signal communication that drives decision-making.
- • Participate in sales and Customer Success calls to demo new features, articulate product capabilities clearly, and translate real-time customer feedback into actionable product priorities.
- • Lead end-to-end development of key product initiatives including interview guide generation, live transcription, and call anonymization features.
- • For interview guide generation: analyze how deal teams create structured interview guides at project onset, define optimal workflow structure, collaborate with design and engineering to build an AI-assisted creation tool, prototype with users, and drive adoption.
- • For live transcription: validate user need for faster transcript access during calls, align with engineering on technical feasibility, partner with design to surface transcripts intuitively, pilot with early adopters, and track usage metrics post-launch.
- • For call anonymization: work with consulting clients and Customer Success to map current manual anonymization processes, define required redaction rules, design an intuitive anonymization flow, conduct customer testing, QA the release, and monitor adoption.
- • Focus on shipping MVPs quickly, iterating based on usage data, and eliminating process overhead that doesn’t directly improve product outcomes.
- • Maintain a builder mindset: comfortable diving into technical details and using tools like Claude Code or Codex to make small iterative improvements.
- • Operate with high accountability and low ceremony, avoiding bureaucratic processes in favor of speed, clarity, and results.
- • Be based in New York City and work in-office five days per week.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience shipping B2B SaaS products in fast-moving teams
- • Strong product execution: ability to make tradeoffs, unblock teams, focus on MVP, and ship frequently
- • Direct experience working with customers and senior stakeholders, including participating in sales and CS calls
- • NYC-based with willingness to work 5 days per week in-office
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Builder mindset: comfortable using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex for iterative improvements
