- • Partner with EMEA Enterprise Sales Account Executives to qualify, shape, and advance complex enterprise opportunities through end-to-end technical pre-sales leadership, including discovery calls, stakeholder workshops, and business case development.
- • Deliver tailored product demonstrations of Choco’s SaaS platform to food distributors, showcasing how automation reduces order errors, improves operational speed, and increases margins by replacing phone-based and spreadsheet-driven processes.
- • Scope and design customer-specific solutions involving ERP integrations, catalogue structures, pricing engines, APIs, and operational data flows to align Choco’s platform with the distributor’s existing systems.
- • Own and manage enterprise procurement processes, including responding to RFPs and RFIs, completing security questionnaires, conducting compliance reviews, and collaborating with Legal and Security teams to meet enterprise requirements.
- • Ensure seamless handover to Implementation and Customer Success teams by aligning internal and external stakeholders around the proposed solution, documenting requirements, and clarifying success metrics.
- • Feed customer insights and operational feedback directly into Product teams to influence roadmap priorities and improve platform functionality based on real-world usage.
- • Scale the Solutions Consulting function by developing reusable assets such as demo environments, integration templates, response libraries, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency across sales cycles.
- • Engage credibly with both executive decision-makers and technical teams, translating complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes related to efficiency, cost reduction, and operational reliability.
- • Navigate messy, high-stakes operational environments in the food distribution industry, where systems are outdated and change is critical to survival and growth.
- • Work with an AI-powered platform already embedded in distributor workflows, directly impacting order accuracy, speed, and profit margins across a global customer base.
- • Collaborate within a global team spanning six countries and over 40 nationalities, contributing to a company that has raised over $300M and achieved unicorn status with a $1.2B valuation.
- • Take real ownership of customer outcomes and technical pre-sales processes, with autonomy to shape how solutions are presented, scoped, and delivered to enterprise clients.
- • Contribute to building a category-defining solution in a sector still dominated by manual, analog processes, where your work directly transforms how food distributors operate daily.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS
- • Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, and procurement processes
- • Experience working with integrations, APIs, ERP systems, and data exchange concepts
- • Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- • Fluency in English (C2)
- • Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions and measurable customer outcomes
