- • As a Project Manager in PTC Inc.'s Professional Services team, you will lead the successful implementation of PTC’s cutting-edge CAD/PLM and IoT/AR solutions for global manufacturing clients, directly enabling them to bridge the physical and digital worlds to improve product development, operational efficiency, and innovation velocity.
- • You will define project scope, goals, and stakeholder alignment by translating client transformation strategies into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that PTC’s technology deployments deliver measurable value in quality, cost, and schedule while adapting to evolving business needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, leading, monitoring, and reporting on implementation projects; conducting rigorous quality, risk, and configuration management; coordinating cross-functional efforts between project teams and PTC’s internal organizations to manage deliverables, schedules, and change control; and providing mentorship and ramp-up support to new team members to strengthen team capability.
- • You will apply proven project management methodologies alongside strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to lead people, align business processes, and drive toward strategic business objectives, leveraging your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated project management experience leading projects or programs, preferably in professional services or technology implementation environments.
- • Proven experience in functional or implementation management (PDM, ERP, CRM, or similar) within discrete manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Electronics, Machinery, or related sectors.
- • Business English proficiency and fluent Japanese language skills are required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in Japan and globally.
