📋 Description
- • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform business strategy and operational decisions
- • Build compelling financial storylines for monthly and quarterly results, converting intricate metrics into executive-ready narratives that drive decision-making
- • Lead the design, modeling, and evaluation of Admin Fee and Sales Compensation programs, including scenario analysis and multi-year financial outlooks
- • Analyze dealer partner performance by isolating key drivers of profitability, quantifying financial impacts, and forecasting implications across sales channels
- • Deliver accurate, timely reporting and deep-dive analysis to support Sales performance management, dealer growth initiatives, and incentive program optimization
- • Influence strategic decisions by providing fact-based, forward-looking insights that identify emerging trends, financial risks, and growth opportunities
- • Build and maintain reporting frameworks, financial models, and analytical tools to measure ROI, dealer profitability, and overall business performance
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Operations teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and drive cohesive outcomes
- • Lead moderately complex analysis initiatives addressing ambiguous business challenges using structured, data-driven methodologies
- • Drive process improvements and analytics innovation to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision support capabilities within the ADS Finance team
- • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders on dealer economics, incentive structures, and compensation design to strengthen dealer relationships and accelerate profitable growth
- • Operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness
- • Apply systems thinking to understand P&L drivers and how incentive programs influence overall business performance and dealer behavior
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for financial modeling, variance analysis, financial statement analysis, and preparation of detailed financial reports
- • Ensure all analyses integrate cross-functional data sources and business context to deliver holistic financial insights
- • Support the modernization of reporting and analytics capabilities as part of ADS Finance’s transformation initiative
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields
- • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- • Experience supporting sales organizations, incentive programs, or compensation modeling (preferred)
- • Proven ability to build new processes, tools, and analytical frameworks in evolving environments
- • Strong communicator with experience developing executive-ready presentations and influencing senior stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
