- • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making across Ajax Systems’ global operations.
- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports detailing revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow for internal stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with department heads to forecast budget requirements and track actual spending against projected allocations.
- • Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual figures, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for cost optimization.
- • Support the finance team in preparing documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance with international financial reporting standards.
- • Monitor key financial KPIs related to product lines, regional sales performance, and customer acquisition costs to inform business strategy.
- • Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, including new product development, market expansion, and technology infrastructure upgrades.
- • Maintain accurate financial records in enterprise accounting systems and ensure data integrity across all financial modules.
- • Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to validate cost structures and pricing models for Ajax’s 280 security devices.
- • Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance teams across Europe and other global markets.
- • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving financial processes, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies while supporting the company’s rapid growth and international compliance needs.
- • Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership to communicate financial health, risks, and growth opportunities.
- • Stay updated on regulatory changes in financial reporting across the 180+ countries where Ajax Systems operates.
- • Support ad-hoc financial analyses requested by management, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic planning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a technology or manufacturing environment
- • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
- • Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- • Advanced skills in Excel and ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- • Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable financial insights
