📋 Description

• Financial Analyst role at Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, dedicated to transforming healthcare experience and providing access to world-class care in America’s heartland.
• Collaborate with managers, directors, and senior leadership on monthly productivity, variance remediation, and annual operating budget coordination; responsible for month-end closing cycle including reviewing financial information, journal entries, and accuracy verification.
• Maintain and report management systems, review financial data for accuracy, collaborate with accounting staff for fair financial representation, and maintain departmental statistical and financial data.
• Evaluate financial impact of new programs, prepare projections for new building projects, and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines with self-directed initiative and professional development.
• Demonstrate ability to interpret complex financial and accounting data, apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, ensure excellent documentation, and communicate effectively across all management levels both orally and in writing.
• Utilize strong computer skills, especially Excel, to support financial analysis and reporting within a healthcare organization committed to equity and inclusion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or related field
• Two years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel and computer skills for financial analysis and reporting
