• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, overseeing bookkeeping for multiple entities, preparing quarterly tax filings, maintaining financial records in QuickBooks, setting up charts of accounts, configuring P&L statements, developing financial forecasts, conducting job costing analysis using Lever360 CRM data, creating strategic financial reports, analyzing profitability by job and crew, monitoring job costing processes, integrating labor and material costs, refining compliance processes, and working with Xactimate for pricing and invoicing accuracy.
