• • A Financial Analyst role supporting a fast-growing restoration company specializing in water and fire damage repair, mold remediation, and emergency property restoration, playing a critical role in setting up and managing financial operations across the parent company and multiple micro restoration entities operating under a pseudo-franchise model.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable for multiple entities, overseeing bookkeeping for micro restoration companies, preparing quarterly tax filings, maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks, setting up charts of accounts and P&L statements for multiple entities, developing financial forecasts and budgeting models, conducting job costing analysis using Lever360 CRM data, creating strategic financial reports, analyzing profitability by job, crew, and entity, monitoring and optimizing job costing processes, integrating labor and material costs, developing compliance processes for job-level P&L tracking, and working with Xactimate estimating software for pricing and invoicing accuracy.
