• • As a Financial Analyst at Clario, you will play a pivotal role in empowering strategic decision-making across the Finance organization. You will serve as a trusted partner, delivering high-quality financial analysis, robust forecasting, and insightful reporting that directly influences business direction.
• • Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with leaders within the Finance department and across various functions to ensure unwavering financial accuracy and strict compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• • A key aspect of this role is the development and maintenance of scalable financial models. These models will be crucial for analyzing trends, projecting future performance, and supporting the creation of comprehensive budget plans.
• • You will be instrumental in supporting the preparation of detailed forecasting packages, conducting thorough trend analyses, and building sophisticated scenario models designed to guide effective business planning and strategic initiatives.
• • A significant part of your day-to-day will involve investigating and clearly explaining material variances between actual performance, budget, and previous periods. These explanations will be delivered to managers and senior business leaders, providing them with the critical context needed for informed adjustments.
• • You will actively assist in the meticulous process of building and consolidating annual budget plans, working closely with both functional leaders and business segment leaders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• • The role requires the creation and diligent maintenance of cost models. These models are essential for dissecting and analyzing product and departmental margin performance, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
• • You will be responsible for developing and delivering timely, accurate, and actionable ad hoc financial and operational reports. These reports will be generated as requested, providing crucial data points for immediate decision-making.
• • A vital contribution will be supporting the successful completion of various accounting and finance projects. This includes actively assisting with process optimization efforts and ensuring thorough documentation of financial procedures.
