- • Provide operational support to the FP&A team by collecting and processing data for monthly and quarterly P&L and cash flow reports.
- • Maintain and update dynamic financial reports, including payment calendars, to reflect accurate revenue and expense movements.
- • Verify and approve payment requests from cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance through ERP platform usage.
- • Participate in budgeting processes for products, projects, and business units, contributing analytical insights to forecast accuracy.
- • Validate financial forecasts against actuals, identify deviations, and analyze root causes to support decision-making.
- • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, HR, and PR departments to gather, consolidate, and standardize financial data for reporting.
- • Maintain and update the financial documentation repository to ensure accessibility and accuracy for internal reviews and audits.
- • Assist in preparing for internal audits, compliance reviews, and financial verifications by organizing supporting documents and records.
- • Work independently under tight deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail and accountability.
- • Interpret financial information in English-language contracts, dashboards, manuals, and data sources to support global operations.
- • Contribute to process optimization by identifying inefficiencies in financial workflows and proposing practical improvements.
- • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business unit performance metrics.
- • Apply strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to transform raw financial data into actionable insights.
- • Support the scaling of financial infrastructure as the company grows at a minimum 3x annual rate across 30+ AI-first products.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, data-driven environment with evolving financial systems and reporting requirements.
- • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information across a global, remote team.
- • Perform routine reconciliations and validations to ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with internal controls.
- • Act as a reliable point of contact between finance and non-finance teams for data clarification and documentation requests.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial documentation standards and reporting templates.
- • Participate in internal initiatives to enhance financial literacy and operational transparency across departments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or related fields
- • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- • Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data logic)
- • Understanding of managerial accounting, budgeting, and P&L principles
- • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines
- • Intermediate English proficiency (reading contracts, interfaces, manuals, data sources)
