- • Join Token Metrics Ventures LLC as a Financial Analyst (Global-Remote) and become the analytical engine behind one of the fastest-growing AI-driven crypto investment platforms. You will sit at the intersection of traditional finance rigor and cutting-edge digital-asset markets, translating billions of data points into clear, actionable insights that directly influence portfolio construction for retail and institutional clients across 50+ countries.
- • Own end-to-end financial data pipelines: ingest, cleanse, and validate large, multi-source datasets covering on-chain metrics, exchange flows, macroeconomic indicators, and company financials. Build automated dashboards that surface real-time KPIs to leadership, traders, and product teams, reducing manual reporting cycles from days to minutes.
- • Design and maintain sophisticated forecasting models—DCF, Monte Carlo, scenario, and sensitivity analyses—that project revenue, token treasury flows, and liquidity needs under varying market regimes. Continuously back-test model accuracy and refine assumptions to keep forecasts within a 5 % variance threshold.
- • Conduct deep-dive research on global macroeconomic trends (interest-rate cycles, inflation trajectories, regulatory shifts) and microeconomic tokenomics (staking yields, burn schedules, governance proposals). Translate findings into concise briefs that guide strategic capital allocation and risk limits.
- • Evaluate capital-expenditure proposals and token-grant programs, calculating IRR, NPV, and payback periods. Partner with engineering and data-science teams to quantify ROI on infrastructure upgrades—e.g., new validator nodes or AI-training clusters—and present findings to the CFO and executive committee.
- • Establish robust internal-control frameworks for crypto-asset custody, fiat reconciliations, and mark-to-market valuations. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal policies, and emerging digital-asset accounting standards; coordinate external audits and produce clean, audit-ready workpapers.
- • Identify emerging financial-performance trends and risk concentrations across Token Metrics’ proprietary indices. Develop early-warning indicators that flag potential drawdowns or liquidity squeezes, enabling proactive hedging and rebalancing decisions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to integrate financial insights into Token Metrics’ AI ranking engine. Your models will directly feed price-prediction algorithms used by thousands of subscribers worldwide.
- • Present monthly and quarterly financial reviews to stakeholders ranging from retail investors on live webinars to institutional fund managers in private briefings. Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives supported by crisp visuals and scenario trees.
- • Champion continuous improvement: automate repetitive tasks via Python or SQL scripts, implement new financial-software integrations, and mentor junior analysts on best practices in modeling and storytelling.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- • Demonstrated knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
- • Proven experience in the financial industry—crypto, fintech, investment banking, or asset management preferred
- • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), databases (SQL), and financial-software applications (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar)
- • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights
- • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate-finance models, and information analysis; leadership experience is a strong plus
