- • As a Financial Analyst at Prime Therapeutics, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of a purpose-driven pharmacy benefit manager dedicated to connecting care beyond profits.
- • Your analysis will directly influence departmental profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development, ensuring financial insights are translated into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to interpret financial data across costs, revenue, and profitability, serving as a trusted financial liaison to business units and management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing analytical models using cost drivers and metrics, supporting RFP efforts and underwriting, and translating complex findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- • You will partner with department leaders to investigate business issues, recommend solutions, and advise on financial implications of products and programs, some of which may be highly complex.
- • The role involves owning budgeting and forecasting processes for supported departments while contributing to Prime-wide financial initiatives and special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED required.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
