📋 Description

• Perform advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across healthcare, academic, and corporate operations.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting, capital planning, treasury management, and scenario analysis.
• Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting to identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and productivity standards; provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Apply government reimbursement rules including Medicare/Medicaid and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or coordinate complex financial projects such as business development assessments, program reviews, and reconciliation variances.
• Research and document technical accounting issues; serve as a resource for interpreting new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Mentor accounting staff, provide financial systems training, and support professional development within the finance team.
• Present complex financial information and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive organizational financial strategy.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial analysis, reporting, and systems utilization.
• Work remotely with core business hours Monday through Friday; eligible to work from registered states including AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, IL (only WI/IL Division), LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY.
• Handle confidential financial information under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Operate independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and financial systems to produce accurate, timely financial outputs.
• Manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines with a detail-oriented approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting with demonstrated leadership or project management experience
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
