📋 Description

• • The Financial Business Partner at Martin’s Point Health Care supports financial reporting, analysis, and departmental planning across the organization, playing a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making for operational and financial performance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and maintaining recurring financial and operational reports and dashboards, supporting month-end close activities (including variance analysis and documentation of key drivers), assisting with departmental budgets and forecasts, maintaining financial models and templates, providing ad hoc analysis for business questions, and partnering with stakeholders to interpret financial data and support informed decisions.
