- • Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to the Personal Lines Insurance organization, supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, project finance, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- • Develop detailed financial models and what-if scenarios to evaluate business tradeoffs, planning assumptions, investment priorities, and financial outcomes for Personal Lines leadership.
- • Translate operational trends, business drivers, and strategic initiatives into clear financial insights and actionable recommendations through cross-functional collaboration with Personal Lines, Finance, and project teams.
- • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and analytical capabilities, including leveraging AI and automation tools.
- • Partner with senior executives to initiate solutions for complex financial issues, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities impacting the Personal Lines business.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components, with direct experience in Balance Sheet reporting and cash forecasting.
- • Extract and upload data using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems to support financial reporting and planning activities.
- • Interpret broad operational, product, and financial concepts and apply them accurately to CSAA Insurance Group’s business context.
- • Lead peers and provide training and guidance to team members to strengthen FP&A capabilities across the organization.
- • Demonstrate strategic thinking by connecting financial analyses to broader business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
- • Maintain strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and detailed data assignments with precision.
- • Communicate complex financial information effectively through excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
- • Collaborate across functions to build trust, drive consensus, and facilitate decision-making with business leaders at all levels.
- • Travel as needed for divisional/team meetings and in-person collaboration events.
- • Contribute to company culture by supporting employee resource groups, mentoring colleagues, volunteering, or participating in cross-functional projects.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years supporting FP&A or Treasury functions
- • Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
- • Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components and experience in Balance Sheet reporting and cash forecasting
- • Experience with data extraction and uploading in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
- • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior business leaders and drive consensus
