Your work will directly enable leadership to make informed strategic decisions by delivering timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
- • You will lead month-end and year-end closing for the Swedish entity, prepare consolidated group financial statements monthly, manage inter-company transactions and eliminations, oversee transfer pricing structures and invoicing, manage revenue recognition in partnership with the Finance Associate, oversee AP and AR across entities, stay current with evolving accounting regulations, manage relationships with external accounting firms, auditors, and tax advisors, prepare statutory filings and annual reports for the group and Swedish parent company, partner with the Head of Finance on reporting, forecasting, and process improvements, ensure financial compliance and internal controls are embedded in operations, and drive automation and simplification of the accounting function as the company scales in volume and complexity.
- • You will join a fast-scaling, mission-driven health-tech company headquartered in Stockholm’s Epicenter building, backed by top investors and expanding globally. Tandem Health is built by clinicians for clinicians, with a culture rooted in action, ambition, learning, and ownership — where diverse perspectives are valued and impact is expected from day one.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape financial infrastructure from the ground up, implement modern accounting tools and automations, and partner cross-functionally to drive process excellence — positioning you as a strategic finance leader in a purpose-driven organization.

- • Hybrid work model based in Tandem Health’s vibrant headquarters at the Epicenter building in central Stockholm, fostering collaboration and culture.
- • Access to professional growth in a fast-scaling, globally expanding environment with exposure to international finance operations and process innovation.
