📋 Description
- • As a Financial Counseling Rep I at R1 RCM Inc., you will counsel uninsured and under-insured patients to help them secure funding sources for medical services, playing a vital role in reducing financial burdens during difficult times.
- • Day to day, you will conduct compassionate financial counseling sessions, explain complex coverage options, assist with enrollment applications, and navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail and empathetic communication.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at R1 RCM, a leader in healthcare revenue cycle solutions that combines deep expertise with advanced technology to improve patient experience and financial performance for hospitals and health systems.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in Medicaid and federal/state assistance programs, gain experience in healthcare financial counseling, and access career development opportunities through R1’s training programs and leadership courses.
