- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing daily cash and security transfers for investment products, monitoring customer cash balances for anomalies, gathering data from vendors, and collaborating with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure accurate reporting and classification of funds.
- • The role involves improving and maintaining internal control documentation, resolving discrepancies with the Investment Operations team, contributing to process improvement projects, ensuring WORM compliance for financial records, and supporting infrastructure and tool development initiatives.
- • As part of a mission-driven team, the associate will help deliver financial wellness to millions, gain hands-on experience in regulated financial operations, and grow professionally through structured development programs while contributing to a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0 to 1+ years of professional experience in financial services, FinTech, or highly regulated operations
- • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for accurate financial operations
- • Ability to learn and apply Broker-Dealer compliance requirements, including WORM (Write Once, Read Many) standards
- • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork with internal teams and external vendors
