- • As a Financial Operations Transformation Analyst at Loveholidays.com Ltd, you will bridge core financial operations and the future of automated finance by mastering supplier reconciliation and dispute resolution processes to lead an AI-enabled redesign of workflows.
- • Your day-to-day includes managing supplier inbox communications, performing meticulous supplier statement reconciliations, liaising with external suppliers to resolve disputes, supporting KPI reporting, evaluating end-to-end reconciliation workflows for bottlenecks, exploring and deploying AI-enabled tools for automation, optimizing team capacity through process improvements, conducting data-driven diagnostics of operational performance, and acting as technical lead on process improvement initiatives from conception to delivery.
- • You will join the Commercial and Support teams at Loveholidays, a company dedicated to opening the world to everyone through progressive tech and innovation, where you’ll accelerate your growth by owning projects, shaping business strategy, and contributing to an international community of collaborative and passionate teams.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in finance automation, gain hands-on experience with AI and process redesign, build strong supplier relationships, enhance your analytical and project delivery skills, and position yourself as a subject matter expert influencing how the Finance Center of Excellence operates and scales.
