- • As a Fintech Solutions Associate at ServiceTitan, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of ServiceTitan's corporate customer segments by driving sales of innovative financial technology products. This position operates in an "AE-light" capacity, meaning you'll be instrumental in both acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing accounts (backbook sales) for our Fintech offerings, which include Payments, Financing, and Capital solutions.
- • You will be directly responsible for achieving key revenue metrics, including the attach rate of Fintech products to core ServiceTitan offerings, contributing to the overall sales pipeline, and meeting your individual attainment goals. Your primary focus will be on guiding potential and existing customers through the compelling value proposition of our Fintech products, demonstrating how they can streamline financial operations, optimize payment processes, and provide smarter capital solutions.
- • This role demands a highly collaborative approach. You will work in close partnership with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), dedicated Fintech Specialists, and Sales Engineers. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for identifying opportunities, nurturing deals through the sales cycle, conducting effective product demonstrations, preparing persuasive proposals, and supporting the overall execution to accelerate customer adoption and drive revenue growth.
- • A core responsibility will be to proactively prospect and qualify both net-new and backbook Fintech opportunities. You will act as the primary driver for early-stage engagement, initiating conversations and building interest in ServiceTitan's financial technology suite.
- • You will be tasked with identifying whitespace within the existing customer base and uncovering unmet customer needs by partnering closely with AEs and CSMs. This will involve understanding customer pain points and aligning them with the benefits of our Fintech solutions.
- • Conducting tailored product walkthroughs and engaging in value-based discussions will be crucial. You'll need to articulate clearly how our Fintech solutions can specifically help businesses improve their cash flow, reduce operational friction, and enhance overall financial efficiency.
- • Maintaining meticulous accuracy within Salesforce is paramount. This includes creating and managing opportunities, updating deal stages, providing accurate sales forecasts, and ensuring all deal documentation is complete and up-to-date to provide full pipeline visibility to leadership and the sales team.
- • You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive proposals, relevant collateral, and other customer-ready materials. These materials will be vital for progressing deals, demonstrating value, and ultimately improving attach rates for our Fintech products.
- • A key aspect of the role involves analyzing Fintech adoption trends, attach rates, and pipeline performance. By dissecting these metrics, you will uncover valuable insights that can guide strategic outreach efforts and inform sales strategies.
- • You will actively support marketing and enablement initiatives. This includes participating in targeted campaigns, hosting or co-hosting webinars, and contributing to nurture sequences designed to accelerate lead conversion and drive engagement with our Fintech offerings.
- • Maintaining executive-level reporting and dashboards will be a regular duty. You will provide leadership with clear visibility into attainment figures, pipeline health, and overall revenue growth generated by the Fintech Solutions team.
