First Product Manager - New business

📋 Description

• • As the First Product Manager for a new AI-powered mobile self-development app, you will define and execute the product roadmap, lead strategy and launch for tier-one markets (US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada), and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and data teams to build intuitive, gamified user experiences.
• • Your day-to-day will involve conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests; defining and tracking key product metrics (retention, activation, engagement, conversion); leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and execution; and deepening expertise in personality psychology and behavioral science to digitize human experiences effectively.
• • You will join Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture-builder that creates international tech businesses across niches like EdTech and marketplaces, with portfolio companies featured in TechCrunch and Wired, serving millions of users and ranking among Ukraine’s top startups and product companies.
• • In this role, you will grow into a future CPO and co-founder, gaining end-to-end ownership of a 0-to-1 consumer product, mastering AI-augmented product development, and building measurable impact in high-stakes global markets while contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on self-realization and talent excellence.
