- • The Flagship Manager role is critical to bringing World’s physical presence to life in Italy, ensuring that flagship locations serve as trusted, human-centered hubs where individuals can engage with the World project, experience its technology, and verify their identity in the age of AI.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading end-to-end operations of one or more flagship sites, including managing daily execution, staffing, vendor relationships, and budget oversight while maintaining adherence to brand standards and KPIs.
- • The person will recruit, train, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional visitor experiences aligned with NPS and CSAT targets, while developing and executing a recurring events calendar to drive community engagement and foot traffic.
- • They will collaborate with Market Operations, Marketing, and the World Spaces team to execute local demand generation initiatives, share insights, test new ideas, and continuously improve operational playbooks and SOPs.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape how cutting-edge identity technology is experienced locally, blending operational excellence with community impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment backed by top-tier investors and global talent.
